My husband and I visited this store last night and we were discriminated because we are Latinos. We needed help with buying a bottle of tequila from the glass enclosed case where the expensive bottles are kept, and when we asked the sales associate William he gave us a look of disgust and answered “i will get someone to help”. We then waited and waited and no one came. As I look around the store I see him helping several other white Caucasian customers in the most helpful and friendly way. I stood there and looked at him while he did that and he ignored me completely.  I immediately walked over to the customer service desk and asked another sales associate help me and specifically said to him that his buddy didn’t want to help us and if he could assist us which he did. The bottle we wanted was not on display, so this rep walked right over to the computer which is next to the Tequila aisle and checked for us. Are you telling me this other person couldn’t do that when the computer is right there?!!! That’s when I realized this William person choose not to help us and just ignore us because we are Latinos. I’ve never felt this way in my life. I actually enjoyed shopping there but not anymore. It’s a shame such a big company doesn’t know how to screen their employees properly during their hiring process. I want them to know that I will share my review in all the possible places to make people aware of my treatment and warn them of the experience they may encounter if they go there.

I had a gift card to use here and went to check it out. Love all the selection. If I were in to drinking I would love this place. As it was it awesome for gifts and to check out. Def would go back. The lady was nice and helped me too.

My personal experience in this store was not great.  As a frequent customer of Total Wine (Grand Reserve), this was the worst store, as far a service, I've been too.  Not one person asked me if I needed assistance, even with me standing in front of a locked glass case, to include a manager who opened and closed the case right in front of me without giving me the opportunity to ask for a bottle.  I hate to think this type of poor service is race related, so I'll chalk it up to just poor service.

Very surprised. Great selection and nice looking store. But had bad customer service experience. Was not greeted by anyone when I came in the store. I was looking for a particular item and walked past one employee 3 times. He never looked up from his phone. I finally asked someone else to help me and though he did help, made it seem like he was being bothered. Maybe I went on a bad day. Or maybe this is not a good location. I will give them another try.

Absolutely love this place. They any and everything that you could want. The employees are also super sweet and helpful.
