Professional, knowledgeable & friendly staff. The store is well organized and we'll stocked with a wide selection of familiar brands. I also like how they feature front runners and new lesser know brands, I've found some wonderful drinks just impulse buying the oddity 😄 I also use their rewards program, it's a good deal.

Sales staff always helpful and knowledgeable. If they don't know about your question they will find someone who can answer it. Huge stock. Friendly. I drive out of my way to go there!

About a month or so ago went to the wellington store bought a bottle of french wine 2012 for 19.26 Paid with my debit card that means i used my pin. The wine sucked had to go back. The manager on duty asked me if i wanted anything else. Said yeh my money back. His face got red and he went to the register The transaction failed ? Dont use your pin use the credit button . The reason stores do this is to save money on the transaction. I said no want it back the way i paid period. The manager said thats what he is doing . No you are not . He got all pissed off . Just give me cash then . We are talking 19.25 not a lot of money . The bottom line is  The store customer services sucks . The wine sucked the store help all have lousy attitudes . Posted on yelp got a response from their corporate . Informing me they process trans the same way you pay . Thats a lie  If you let me use my pin to do the return the money goes back with in 1 minute If you use a credit it takes up to in some cases 15 days , in most cases 48 hrs . You took my money now give it back now not two days from now . Posting this review to let others know up front Toyl wine is going to give you a hard time . So if you are buying something expensive You might not get your money back you might get told a bs story. Do your self a favor go to whole foods publix or Trader joes 
They kiss your ass when you spend a lot of money . Just dont return their lousy smelly rancid defective bottle .
