The store is clean and neat. The selection is sometimes overwhelming but the staff is so friendly and very helpful. They will help you navigate the store. I had no less than 3 people ask me if they could help me find something. They will help direct you to someone who will give you a mini class if you will on what type of wine you are looking for based on your tastes. They sometimes get a bad rap because of policies that have noting to do with them and more to do with the laws the state govern.

Went in today to buy my father a Christmas gift. I picked out a set of beer glasses for him, NO ALCOHOL, and the cashier did not let me purchase the item because I am 20, not 21. I was not purchasing alcohol, literally just a set of glassware. The manager was incredibly rude and claimed there is a sign at the door saying no one under 21 is permitted in the store without a parent, but I looked everywhere on my way out and there was no such sign present. I have pictures to prove it. If it is against the law for people under 21 to be in a liquor store not purchasing liquor, Total Wine should save us all some time and check IDs at the door or make prominent signs if it’s that big of a deal. Now my father won’t have the Christmas gift he wanted because of this policy which makes absolutely no sense. Really would recommend taking your business elsewhere where the staff is more friendly and have sensible policies. Again, I was not purchasing alcohol— just glassware— and the cashier knew this.

Great selection of wine, spirits & beer. Never been anywhere with such variety. Average prices Friendly and helpful staff

In september I asked about my favorite beer. They said it was not available to order until mid November. Today (Nov 10) I went in and they told me it had gone out of season a couple weeks ago, that their computer system essentially "makes a guess" on future availability. If you like good beer, do what I do now and shop somewhere else. Now I have to wait 11 months for my beer.

They were very helpful, but selection smaller than other Total Wine stores and different brands were all jumbled together in bins....
