Love the variety, place looks great, the staff I interacted with was nice and helpful. Very taken back by the rudeness from the supervisor who was there on my visit today. Management team is suppose to have great customer service and lead by example. She was rude and came off as stuck up. If she works on the weekends I will not go. I hope she doesn't treat all her customers the way she treated me. I asked politely if she could wait for me while my mom called me over to look at other merchandise to possibly add on to our purchase. When I asked " excuse me are you open still?"  if she was open she rudely with an attitude responded "are you ready now?" Giving dirty looks and a bitter tone in her voice.

Love this location. I typically go in the morning so it’s not crowded. Their selection of beer and cigars is awesome. The staff and management are friendly and willing to help. This store usually has bins or shopping carts that have marked down prices on some beers that are really good so lookout for that.

Great place to purchase your spirits and more. They have just about every type of alcohol and beer that you could possibly want and then some. All of the sales Personnel are friendly and very helpful, and some are very knowledgeable of all of the products. They even have a wine tasting Spirit tasting day. Every time I've gone in there they always have little samples of all types of Liquors and a special types of alcohol.

I was extremely disappointed with our experience at this location. You see, I happened to be with my daughter, who is in a wheelchair. She's an adult no worries. We have only recently moved to the Valley and were wanting to celebrate an anniversary and a housewarming. I had done my research and had had a budget of $500 for entertainment and beverages. Here's the thing. NOT ONE PERSON, FROM MANAGEMENT TO STAFF acknowledged us. We didn't know where to start and what we needed only a general idea of hosting a party and beginning our home beverages stock. We were willing to learn and to invest in good quality, that's why we came all this way. But no one met our eyes. We were there for nearly an hour down every aisle. It was horribly isolating and finally, humiliating. We will never shop at a Total Wine store again.

I needed a cocktail shaker. Thought I'd stop by here because you know, it's a liquor store. Nope. I was wrong. They got fancy stuff there alright, but no plain shaker. I did find the "copper coated" shaker for $20, but that was too fancy for me. The associate was even scratching his head wht they didn't have better selection.
