My sister-in-law recommended TotalBond to me.  My dog, Spot, was chewing on himself and pulling out hair.  I called on Saturday morning and was given an appointment the same day.  We took Spot in and the staff was great!  The doctor got down in the floor with Spot and examined him throughly and started him on medication for a severe allergy to fleas.  It only been a couple of days, but Spot is back to himself.  I was so appreciative of the care Spot was given, especially since he was not an established patient.  However, after Saturday, Spot will not be seen by another vet.  If you haven't used TotalBond previously, please give them a try, you will be amazed at the practice and if you use TotalBond, you know  how great they are!

Excellent and friendly staff here. They take great care of your pets. They recommend the best course of action to keep your pets healthy and offer lots of options but dont try and push you or shame you into paying for expensive services or special food like some big chain vetinary hospitals.

These people are wonderful! I've been taking my dog, Daisy May, here since she was six weeks old and she will be three in May. She has some issues and they are so loving with her and treat me with respect and care. Anyone looking for a new vet would be lucky to have them loving your animals too!!! They go above and beyond what they have to for the love of animals!!!

Easy to schedule an appointment at a time convenient for me. No rush, answered questions without being made to feel stupid for not knowing the answers. Thank you to Adrienne and Nicole for the warm welcome, Nicole for the unscheduled nail trim request, and Dr. Kim for her gentle care and approach. Can't wait for the open house 5.13.17!
