I bought 6 packs of crochet hair. Took it home and the loop was to small to crochet  so i took 5 unopened packs back and explained the issue. I was told no refund. I was asked who did my hair and when i told her i did she said thats the problem i did it myself. She also said it was the type of crochet hook i used, then proceeded to tell me know one else has complained. I will NEVER RETURN to this store.

I love this place! The hair quality is top notch and the owner is a sweet heart. I drive all the way to Pasadena to buy from her store. It was cool to see some of my sisters photos on her products. Great place and lots to choose from!
