Family owned and operated, we've been providing the Waltham area with top quality auto repair and maintenance for over 40 years! We are proudly one of AAA's highest rated auto repair shops in Massachusetts. Our ASE Master Technicians service all American and most foreign cars and light trucks, specializing in Ford, GM, Chrysler, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Saab, Volvo, Lexus, Infiniti, Acura, Volkswagen, Hyundai, Kia, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Subaru, Jeep, Isuzu, Mercedes Benz and BMW.

Reviews

I changed by review from positive to negative. I realize they have so many reviews because they give people a discount for putting reviews. Oh and you are supposed to put a review while dropping the car, so you have not had a chance to fully validate their work. Their shuttle drop off service has only certain hours which they don't advertise. They put an oil change sticker for 4000 miles even though the factory recommended us at least 5000. I complained and they claim that there is no Toyota recommendation and they recommend 4000.

I recently went for my first 2 visits to get an oil change and a tire rotation, then to get a wheel alignment. The first visit went great. I actually asked when I got there if I could add a tire rotation, but it was not possible because they are so busy. No problem. On the second visit, I dropped my car off to get the wheel alignment, and I was called a few hours later to pick up my car. When I got there, I didn't owe anything because my car was well aligned already, so they never did any work, just analyzed it first. John and his team were very honest and did great work. I will surely be going back there.

My wife's auto had a front axle leak in her 2015 Honda Accord.  Totten Pond Auto.repaired the car in a very professional manner, in their scrupulously clean shop for $176.07. I got a previous quote of approximately $400 from a Honda dealer in Reading. I am proud to give Totten Pond Automotive five stars. Believe me they are that good !!!

Thanks for a great experience getting my car worked on! Needed new brake pads and rotors, along with an oil change. John was very honest with me about what I needed/didn't need/could live without, and worked with me to decide on what to do for my car. It's now back in great, working order. I got a call with a quote, and then a call when it was done. Car was done quickly, and I was able to pick it up at my convenience. You know, it can be tough going in for auto work as a woman, and I am not very knowledgeable about cars, but I felt I was treated more than fairly and everything was explained in a kind, non-condescending manner. I highly recommend! Thanks for everything! I will be back!

Just had my rear brake job and I was happy to hear that they could get my car in the same day and it was completed before noon. The guys are responsive and always ready to explain anything.  I would recommend Totten Pond Auto for any work you need done.
