Dr. Susan Ra is amazing! She works fast, is efficient, highly qualified and really loves what she does. I have gotten 3 implants and several crowns done at her office and it has been a very pleasant experience! Thank you Dr. Ra!

This place is very unethical! I should have taken heed to warnings on Yelp's website, in regards to this practice. Their prices are ridiculously expensive, especially if you have no insurance. I was looking for a new dentist office and found them through Groupon, for a new patient exam, which was supposed to include bitewing x-rays and cleaning. The dentist, Dr. Susan Ra was friendly, along with the technician who took my bite wing x-rays. She examined my mouth and suggested I should get a more invasive cleaning than the basic cleaning. This voided my cleaning that was outlined in the Groupon. She stated it wouldn't be useful to get a basic cleaning. I then had to get a panoramic x-ray done and a treatment plan to describe all the procedures she recommended.

I came back for the more invasive cleaning and although very painful (which is normal), I had a decent experience. I informed the office I would come back for the rest of the treatments outlined in her recommendations because they were other expensive. Since then I have referred several people to her practice. I now regret this. I can't speak on their experiences but some have expressed poor experiences, as well. Especially, regarding inconsistent billing and estimate issues.

I scheduled for an appointment on January 2, 2018 at 2pm. I also have phone records from December when I made this appointment because I had to speak to Dr. Ra about what I wanted consultation for. When I arrived to my appointment, the young ladies at the front desk stated they didn't have any record of my appointment and Dr. Ra didn't come into the office that day due to family concerns. I requested to be seen by the other dentist there because I drove over 18 miles (30 minutes) to get to the office. The other dentist refused. I was very upset and expressed my experience to others that I had recommended. Some cancelled their appointments or didn't seek further treatment from the practice.

I made an appointment with a new dentist office (1/18/18) and they asked for my previous dental office's information, so they could retrieve my panoramic x-rays, for recommended treatment. Touch of Smiles informed them it would be a $25 fee and I would have to go to the office and sign a waiver to release my information. I sent an email today (1/31/18) to Touch of Smiles, requesting directions on how to properly retrieve a copy of my panoramic x-ray. After numerous bad experiences at this location, I decided to send an email to have proof of my interaction. I received a response stating, "We see you asked for a panoramic X-ray, however we don't do panoramic  X-ray's here. If you need any futher assistance please contact the office." This upsets me. They not only expressed to my current dentist office that it costs $25 for a copy of my panoramic x-ray but I have proof they indeed do panoramic x-rays.

I will reaching out to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act and U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office for Civil Rights if Touch of Smiles continues to be uncooperative.

Worst customer service experience. the customer service representative was very rude on the phone when I inquire about the bill. I don't recommend this place to anyone :(

Wonderful dentist and such a great  clean space!!  I normally hate the dentist but Dr. Ra is so caring and so knowledgeable...she makes it as painless as possible!  I have been her patient for about 5 years and she had done everything from routine cleanings to amazing veneers.

Also...i love that i don't wait long.   Just a couple minutes and I'm seeing the hygienist. Don't hesitate to see her...she's awesome.
