I ordered an arrangement on Monday, 12/4/17 that was supposed to be delivered on Friday, 12/8/17. My credit card was processed and charged for the full amount of the order on 12/5/17, so they knew what the order was and what it would take to fulfill that order. On Friday, 12/8/17, the day the order was to be delivered, I received a call at 14:28 from Town and Country letting me know that they did not have the flowers I ordered and could not make the delivery. They said they could get the flowers for Monday, but that was the best they could do. They asked if I wanted to substitute some other type of flower, but I declined. 

Since no one told me they couldn't fulfill my order until 14:28 the day of, no other businesses in the area could make the delivery by the end of the day Friday.

They staff was very nice and helpful but there was also so many beautiful plants and flowers.  The owners are such great gardeners and can grow nearly anything.

Town and Country provided our wedding flowers.  They were beautiful!  I requested arrangements in my late mother's teacup and teapot.  These meant so much to me and they did a lovely job honoring her memory.  Very nice people!
