Service is trash before being able to even use it. We called for a cab because our brother was stranded at a Target because the steering wheel to car he drove locked up. The store was closing so we were desperate and didn’t have any transportation to go get him. A very rude man answered and we asked if he could pick up our brother. He asked for money upfront? Which I’m confused about because don’t you pay to once you get to your destination? Anyway, we told him we had the money IN CASH ready for him when he dropped off our brother here at the house but instead the man said he couldn’t do it, not even apologizing, and rudely hung up. If you’re going to be in customer service, the least you could do is decline politely and sign off proper, but instead the man chose to just hang up on us. Going to tell everyone I know never to call this cab service because the customer service is horrible off bat. I wish I could’ve given this place 0 stars.

They charge whatever change the have on them so usually a $7.50 ride they only had $8 so it was a $12 ride zero stars

I called the night before to ensure that I'd be picked up the next morning at 9am for my meeting at 9:30. The gentleman I spoke to then said it would be no problem and took my address down. Around 9:05am the next morning I called to see if they were on their way. The gentleman I spoke to informed me that I was their third caller that morning who had called in the night before and were promised a ride. Unfortunately no one would actually be able to come but they did inform someone could come around 11am to pick me up. Useless.

Charged 1.5 times the quoted cost. Driver was friendly enough.
