Incredibly disappointing. I booked showings with Catherine more than a week in advance and made it very clear that it was difficult to get the time for the 4-hour drive each way.   I gave her some MLS listings we wanted to see and she confirmed she would book those and find similar listings and would follow-up since we did not set a time or place. A couple days before the appointment I had to call back after not hearing anything and Catherine confirmed the time to meet at her office and we would go see the properties. 

When we arrived for our appointment, Catherine was double-booked and choose her other appointment over us. 

She informed us the roads to the properties we asked to see were pretty bad so she gave us listings only for properties town & country was selling and gave us directions to go see them ourselves. Catherine also committed to sending us info on some mortgage options we were not aware of. 

Initially we were excited to see the properties, but visiting the properties was incredibly frustrating as we couldn't tell where the property was in relation to their signage, we had no idea where the boundaries were. We also asked for a moderately treed lot but only one listing had trees. 

It was a complete waste of the 2-day trip to see properties, and she never followed-up with the mortgage info as committed. I will never waste my time with them again.

Catherine set aside the time to show us several homes, as we had a long commute.  She also gave us tips on where we would find good restaurants,  and shopping, and answered my endless questions patiently and in good humor. 
I am very pleased with our new home.

If you are trying to sell your home in the area Ed here is the only one I would recommend. We even bought with him and he caters to your needs, knows the trends and helps you find a good value!
