First time ever writing an online review; this business earned it! I walked in and was greeted by the owner Mike. He did not jump on me w/ sale pitches.  When I began to ask questions, Mike answered them all and was very honest. I mentioned a Trek Marlin as well as Specialized RockHopper as bikes I found online for entry level mountain biking. Mike told me that he did not sell Specialized but said its a great bike and did not knock it. There was a Marlin there and Mike had me sit on it and made several adjustments then had me sit on another Marlin with a different sized frame to get the perfect fit. He was very hands on and personable. I told him Id like to check out the specialized bike and Mike was very understanding.After visiting another shop, I  came back to Town Cycle with my girlfriend and left with two Treks.  The shop is very clean and organized. What I liked most was how Mike did not try to push Trek over other brands nor tried selling me something that I did not ask for. We were fitted for helmets, had water bottle cages mounted and Mike even went outside to mount my bike rack to the car! Town Cycle gained 2 loyal customers. If youre new to biking or looking for an upgrade , this is the place for you! - Eric & Helene

Mike and Phil and crew are fantastic..best around..I drive 40 min cause its worth it! Reasonable very knowledgeable and just good people. I highly recommend them
