You get what you pay for. You also have to request that they keep your car locked while they aren't working on it, so don't leave anything valuable in it while it's here! Also, carefully check all tires. After a 60 minute appointment I picked up the car and one tire had no air in it! Not just low pressure - super flat. Only got 2 stars for the price.

Called Town Fair Tire in Biddeford today to make an appointment to have my winter tires and wheels put on. For the past three years they have changed my summer/winter tires, which are mounted on wheels, each spring and fall. This was their policy when I purchased the tires from them. Today I was told by Alex that they weren’t taking any appointments until “ after the snow season”.  I still can’t believe that they are treating their customers in this manner.   Alex told me that I could leave my vehicle off and they could possibly fit it in sometime during the day. I use my truck so that was not an option. I have been telling some of my friends how great the service and pricing was at Town Fair Tire and recommended they try them out. One of my friends took their car there last week and bought four new tires. They made his wife, who is in her 70’s load the spare tire back into her car by herself. I have five vehicles that all have tires. I guess I have to find a new tire supplier. They advertise that they will not be undersold and probably so. But you know what they say, “you get what you pay for”.  I’m a business owner and you can bet that I will tell many of my experience. Good luck to anyone that gets sucked in to their deceitful advertising.

Good overall experience with my last service visit.  Got the job done way ahead of schedule.  This made the rest of my day much better.

Excellent customer service! They are dedicated to helping you out. There was a mistake made and he had it rectified at a great discounted price. They won't let you down. The place is always super busy and that's because they're service is so good. With all of the chaos, you're still taken care of in a timely manner. Can't reccomend highly enough.
