It's 2017, the internet has been around long enough and this court can't set up online payments??!!??! What century are they in? It's time to update. I think they just enjoy pissing people off so they continue to operate an outdated system. Anyway it took forever!!! to get them to let us pay the ticket in the mail. We went to Niagara Falls for vacation and happened to get a fix it ticket while out there and they expected us to drive back out there to pay it!??!?? I finally get the form to do the payment in the mail I have to mail back the form except they didn't send an envelope for me to mail it back plus I had to send back a stamped self addressed envelope as well. Such a pain! Plus you can't pay over the phone nor can you fax the form. Also, half the time the staff doesn't answer the phone and when they finally do they are the dumbest people you will ever talk to I swear they have no idea how to do their job. Worst court I have ever dealt with and I've dealt with quite a few over the years. So sorry if you have to deal with this court I feel your pain.

I have called several times to make a court date. They either don't answer or hang up. This is out of control and now my license is suspended because I was unable to get a hold of them through phone. This is absolutely ridiculous now I will have to pay even more out of my ass in court to uplift the  suspension!

The officer that pulled me over was nice. But it was would extremely helpful to just be able to pay my ticket online. Unnecessary trip and time wasted. I have to take time from work.

Treated me fairly in traffic court, what more could I want? Amherst cops get a strict rap, but if you're polite and respectful, I've always had reasonable 'encounters' with them.

Corrupt judges, Corrupt cops, it's a big money grabbing scheme by the notorious city of Amherst. Hire attorneys people, it'll be cheaper than paying them for "reduced" tickets. Your lawyer will be the inexpensive route, even for a simple ticket that inevitably costs way more than a lawyer.
