Definitely an amazing and dedicated staff that strive to inspire our youth to achieve all they are able to accomplish. Although, in my own opinion, they have always been under appreciated by the Town of Horseheads, they manage to run the nation's oldest consecutively operating Youth Court Program and manage multiple volunteer group composed of Middle & High School children.
