Leesburg is a great place to live, but the taxes are high. We got our recycle bin here, and the people were friendly and there was no wait.

Had a pleasant experience.  Staff was fast and helpful and got my needs squared aware quickly.

Horrible water department. I tried closing out an account in May for the end of the month using their online service. Then called to double check. They said it was good to go. Then I got a bill, but it wasn't a final bill, so I called again in June. They said they would cancel the water service then. I got another bill in July, so I called again. Spoke with someone who said nothing had been done on the account. Called twice more and left another message, no call back. Then I got a 'final bill' in August, which was about ten times as much as they said it would be in May, and triple what it was in June. I guess I was paying for the new owner's water. I am going to pay the bill because the only thing I can do at this point is sue, and I don't have the time for that. But if you deal with them, call, get the person's name you talking with, all confirmation numbers, and I would suggest email confirmation or record the conversation.
