I park in this garage daily as I work in the Town Pavilion Building. I parked on the line one day and got home to find a parking ticket for $40 wedged under my wipers. I did notice when I left that there were cars parked on each side of me.. so parking was not affected in adjacent spaces. I also noted that there were washed out white lines mingled with the pale yellow lines, in a dark parking garage. When I wrote to "dispute" the ticket I spoke with a very unpleasant woman name Sue who was rude and it was clear that the "dispute" option was just a ruse to make it appear the ticket would be reviewed when there seemed to be no intention of a fair decision. The part that is most upsetting is that it costs merely $15 to park here for one day but the charge, which you can't fairly appeal, is $40. Just another way for big business to extort money from regular people.

Never parking here again! 30 minutes and I haven't moved trying to get out!

Stuck in parking for 1 hour and 15 minutes now. Still no end in site. Not worth the $20. I will park further and walk next time!

If you park here during a large event at the Sprint Center, plan an hour to get out, at least.  Traffic flow is awful.
