I wanted to make sure everyone knew that, this cab company helped my son when he was lost in a town that he has never been before and with no cash or credit card on hand in the middle of the night and even after the police refused to help my son. They  felt that my sons safety was most important to them. They moved all the obstacles out of the way to help him get to his destination safely and we're accommodating and helpful to me with the payment arrangement. I would like to stay thank you for being an amazing company ! I will never be able to show my appreciation enough! So I truly hope you get more business from my review. You deserve more business! Thanks again you made a mother feel at ease enough to fall back sleep.

Looking for info on a daily pick up and return for my elderly mother.  Probably going to spend $600 a month with them and they were completely unhelpful with information.

I use the taxi three to four times a week and I had never had any discomfort until today, I arrive at my house and I see that I do not have my cell phone because I called the taxi company to inform that my cell phone stayed in the taxi and I They ask if I have money they bring it to the house if I do not have to look for it in the company. What can i think

Great experience with this service. I got off the bus and they were right there to bring me to my destination. Called them this afternoon and they told me that they would be there in 10 to 15 minutes and they were there in 10 minutes. Not the nicest taxi I've ever been but it got me there in plenty of time to get the bus back to Boston.
