My flowers that I received were absolutely beautiful! Very healthy and sturdy - the accents and fillers were very nice too! Even the card holder was just so cute. Even on the busiest day of the year for florists, Valentine's Day.. I received the prettiest arrangement ever! Very pleased - good job! I will use them in the future for my next need.

First off, I was really excited to place an order at Towne Flowers since they are conveniently located near where I live and I enjoyed looking at the arrangements they had for Valentine's Day. Placed an online order early afternoon on 2/13/18. Spent all morning today trying to get a hold of them to confirm a delivery time and they finally picked up around 1pm. I then gave them my information and confirmation number and they couldn't even track down my order. The woman on the phone then informed me that they were not aware of my order and therefore did not have an arrangement ready to go. I informed her that my mom was going to be getting off of work by 4 and she assured me that they would be delivered before then. She didn't sound sincere or even apologize for the inconvenience. My mom finally received the arrangement at around 3:40pm which defeats the purpose of spending $17 to have them delivered when I could have picked them up and given them to her at home. Very frustrating. Added a star because my mom was very happy with the arrangement itself.

Excellent Service. She designed what I had in mind and exceeded my expectations. It looks amazing. I will be using this floral shop for all future orders.

I called in from Arizona for a dear friend of mine. Towns flowers under promised and over delivered. Courtney does it all and does it well....very well actually. My order including delivery was 70 bucks. So...you can go with Wal-Mart, or you can go with Towne flowers... However, if you want quality, it's a no brainer. Don't even bother with the other shops. As far as I'm concerned, there's is only one flower shop in Houston....and that's the one. Thanks again

We were able to have the flowers ordered and delivered within the same day. Great service and beautiful arrangement!
