My wife and I recently purchased a new Ford Escape from Towne Ford.  From the sales department to the administration we found the service we  received to be exemplary.  The staff could not do enough for us. I would recommend this dealership to family and friends.

I took my 2008 ranger in for an annual safety inspection.  All's well with the truck.  Towne Ford service folks are always polite and efficient.

And the staff are super friendly and helpful
I was even offered there car if I needed to go somewheres while mine was getting a vehicle inspection 
Going back soon for oil change and tire rotation

I am very pleased with my last maintenance check on my 2012 Ford Escape. I did have to have some issues attended to but that is reasonable as it is a 2012 model with low KM's on it Thank you for your excellent service

Brought it in to have a part replaced and, while it took a while to finish, it came in a little less than expected. I left happy and the new part functioning.
