Don’t trust your unit if you choose not to have the insurance on it. Their roof leaks and it ruined a bunch of my most expensive items in my unit. Apparently poor roof maintenance. I started out with insurance on my unit until things got tight and the rate went up to $97 tried to cut costs where I could and dropped the insurance. They won’t do anything for your things if you don’t have the insurance.. even if the issues is their maintenance issue. Basically everything I own is in there and I have to find a new place to move it so I don’t have any more loss 😞
Update... at the time that I moved my stuff out I was told two different times by a guy at the front desk that I could get my last payment back and it would take 10 days, I called to check on the status and was treated with very poor customer service by a woman who then told me that this would never happen and never will. I am extremely disappoint and urge any potential customers to please consider other storage company options first! I went to another company in Draper that is $10 less a month and if you autopay they cover up to $2000 insurance included in your monthly rent check out your options first!

My family and I have used Towne Storage for years I love this place. Its always so clean, which is a big plus for me. The staff is friendly. We've never had an issue of any kind. Would highly recommend!

I called to find out some information and the woman who answered was rude and short. She acted as if they were to bust for my business. So I'll take it else where. Heaven forbid a new storage customer ask questions!!
