In the beginning I would have given the hotel and staff there a 5 star for room and cleanliness. We were there because my mother had a stroke and later died. I had figure the funeral would have been on Saturday so we booked to check out Sunday and all was well. as it turns out Ft Bliss Cemetery does not do Funerals on the weekend so we had to book another night. I had been using price line for a wonderful deal and was able to book a final night there at the same hotel However when I went to the front desk to check in the last days booking the Desk clerk insisted I must change rooms. I tried explaining my son was arriving that night for the funeral the next day and I need the double bed I had the last four nights. Without any regard for my circumstances they made me switch rooms to a singe king. I believe the situation could have been handled differently and they could have accommodated me with staying in the same room but refused to even lift a finger to help. I ask if the hotel was booked but was told "No".. the manager was suppose to call me that same evening but never did. So If you are looking for a nice clean room you may find it here but if you need special consideration like we did Your damn well out of luck. I have stayed in many hotel using price line to purchase the rooms and never until now was the staff and management so unwilling to help with special request... Other hotel give upgrades may times just for asking ... these people basically say FU and your mothers funeral for all they cared!

Very centrally located , great location, good amount of parking. There is a corner bakery within walking distance, a (seemingly newer) fairfield inn adjacent to the hotel. Good restaurants are no more than a 5 minute drive. Rooms are well kept, small, but well kept. Staff was nice. Hotel gives breakfast and dinner. Most only do breakfast.

When I booked my room here for my cross country trip in August 2016, I just booked a single bed room. Nothing fancy as I was just staying for two nights. When I got there, I was pleasantly surprised with the huge space. There was a mini kitchen, a sitting area with a small couch and coffee table a desk with plenty of room to hook up my laptop and the internet was excellent. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. If you haven't been to this part of Texas, you should definitely check it out. Beautiful city with super nice people!

Breakfast was not the best, we'll see how the dinner is this week. No restaurant or bar in hotel. Exterior looks very dated. Pool is very tiny. Tvs are better than most hotels, still very small and direct TV is the worst. Rooms are large with a couch, desk, full fridge, 2 burner stove, microwave, dishwasher. Beds are comfy, staff is friendly and responsive.

I was quite impressed with the friendliness of the staff and cleanliness if this hotel. It was so quiet I forgot we were near the airport. The breakfast was good and though I didn't eat dinner there they serve did nervous as well. Great location, good views and large rooms with comfortable beds. My only regret is I didn't get to enjoy the hotel much as I was running from one meeting to another the entire time I was there.
