The hospitality shown from the entire staff is beyond commendable.  We have truely felt like a family member in our stay through Hurricane Irma. I will never forget these people for their kindness, compassion and professionalism. They also extended the courtesy to the fur baby residence with a potty room throughout the storm. I will always recommend this hotel for all my family and friends

Rooms are great but smaller in comparison to Hyatt House. It's a new hotel, with reasonable breakfast. Loved the internet TV options with Netflix and YouTube.

Brand new, very nice rooms with kitchenette. Free wifi access is limited, hot water was a little scarce in the morning, but fine for showers. Safe and clean, good rates.

There was a fresh blood stains on the bedsheets that were in the sofabed. The common are room smelled like pet urine... and We had to ask for toilet paper multiple times.
