My stay was over Christmas and the staff was incredible.  Very welcoming and made you feel like family. The rooms were spacious and the bedding was very comfy. You made our Christmas extra special! Thank you

This hotel is brand new and very nice. Rooms were quite spacious and well laid out . Netflix was available for free when you signed in on the TV with your account. They are a little unclear on pet fees. Just be certain if you are traveling with pets to confirm the fees before arriving. Breakfast options were great, staff was friendly, and it is located only 15 minutes outside of downtown Nashville. It is surrounded by amentities, some restaurants, and basic shopping.

A magnificent stay. I wasn't thrilled that I got no perks being a Ritz-Carlton rewards member, but we had an enjoyable stay. Our concierge and breakfast attendant was amazing and was willing to go above and beyond.

Brand new hotel with outdoor grills for use. Really pleasant desk staff. Paul Mitchell hair products, my locks were grateful for quality toiletries.
