Stayed here for two nights and I couldn't be happier. Every employee I encountered was friendly and helpful. The room was perfect sized for a single traveler as I had their single suite. I can't really speak to the kitchen portion since I ate out for everything but it seemed well stocked with everything you'd need. They have a little 24 hour fitness center that has 3 treadmills, an elliptical and a full free weights setup. It's only accessible with your room key. It was just what I needed. All in all, a great stay and I'll definitely use them in the future.

Staff was very helpful, room very comfortable. Smells a bit of smoke in places. Not enough to deter a stay.

Centrally located to everything that i wanted to do in New Orleans at an exceptionally affordable price. The staff was friendly and welcoming in spite of our late arrival. There was a mix up with the room, and it was handled quickly. I was pleased with the service. Would definitely stay here again.

My mother and I stayed at this hotel for one night only on 10/08/2017. The rooms are very nice. My mother slept on the sofa bed and used a blanket that was in the closet. In the middle of the night my mother woke up with welts on her arm in a circle. I contacted front desk and was advised that I would be refunded for that nights stay but, that changed quickly because i used a third party to book. The next day those welt on my mother's arm appeared red bumps in a circle. The hotel was then contacted again and I was advised that pest control was going to come out. I received a call about two hours later indicating that no bugs were found. Long story short my mother was bitten by something on that sofa/bed. There hasn't been any resolution on anything. That staff showed no concern at all.

The rooms were clean and had large refrigerators, a small stove, microwave, toaster, etc. The staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the water pressure in the showers is akin to someone either crying or spitting on you, depending on the setting. Some of the outlets didn't work, and the snacks available in the pantry in the lobby were also stale. Although, I'm sure if I had asked any of the staff about any of these issues, they would have fixed them immediately and to the best of their ability.
