Great hotel.  The rooms are clean, spacious and VERY functional.  I was pleasantly surprised to find a full fridge, cook top stove and a dishwasher in the room.  The staff were friendly and courteous.  This will definitely be my next stop in Thunder Bay!

 Staff are very professional and accommodating. Rooms are large and clean and they accept pets. Breakfast room is clean and inviting with consistently good food options. It's also close to a grocery store where you can pick up ready made meals to heat in your room if you don't want to do a fast food option. Would definitely recommend.

On a road trip with my 3 sisters to visit my niece at Lakehead University. The hotel was the best I've ever stayed at. Kitchenette in the room with table and 4 chairs, cozy beds and great pillows and linens. Breakfast was yummy and the staff was friendly and helpful. Can't beat the location.

Comfortable hotel with good location. Beds are soft and breakfast is good. One area of possible improvement is entering and exciting to local roads. One way in goes through a gas station with extremely small turn ins.

Pleased with our stay. Friendly, polite, caring staff. Very clean and comfortable. Nice suite with full size fridge and top freezer, cooking surface, microwave and table and chairs was really enjoyable. Kids enjoyed the nice pool area. Very good breakfast selections. Something for everyone's liking. Good location. Close to restaurants, Superstore and shopping mall. Will for sure stay again and will highly recommend to others when staying in Thunder Bay.
