Ted T fleet sales manager showed me to a vehicle that I called to inquire about. We sized up the vehicle for functionality and fit. Ted understood that I am in a credit rehabilitation phase, he knowledgeably discussed the benefits of financing vs. leasing. The interest rate isn’t the greatest, after 12mo I will attempt to refinance. Ultimately I ended up purchasing the 2014 Toyota Prius C. After 1mo of driving I am very happy with the vehicle. Ted has been diligent in all follow up calls. Service was handled professionally, I would recommend him to a friend.

STAY AWAY- CAN'T TRUST THEM The service manager told me they have recently changed to a thinner synthetic oil that last only 3,000 miles yet they do not tell you that and It can damage a brand new car that is going 5,000 miles before oil change. Toyota had to counsel them which means they are not receptive to Toyota much less looking out for the best interest of the customer. Service: Arrived and not greeted, went into office Not acknowledged, finally approached someone. They do not go over the findings with you: turns out my car had a torn CV boot they didn't bother to tell me. they did bother to tell me that one lug nut was missing don't know how that could possibly happen and that 9 lug nuts were worn out Find that difficult to believe only American Tires touches my tires not likely they would damage the lug nuts in under 7 years.

Great service department. I have been bringing my vehicles here for over 15 years and I have not had a bad experience. The service staff goes out of their way to help with any issues large or small. They have recently upgraded their facilities and provide complementary coffee and hot chocolate. I highly recommend.

They quoted a really low price to draw us in and then tagged on a $800 delivery and a $700 alarm making it more expensive than the stores we shopped at first. I was so mad i got up and left. Be careful if you shop here and read EVERYTHING.

Had my car serviced here a number of times, very nice people but they are trying to push things you don't really need, like brake pads replacement. Overall good experience, but you need to know your car needs.
