Love the facility itself. Consistent ice accessibility on the daily is very convenient, especially with my classes and job. The only reason I've dinged it a star is because it's just way too expensive. They charge $22 for roughly an hour of ice hockey time. I would probably use the facilities a lot more if they had reasonable prices. The skate sessions are never busy unless you go to evening skates or the latest stick time.

I love the felicity and the physical ice rink, although the ice time is for figure skater is not the ideal.  It's either too early 530am or ends at 5:00PM when school ends.    I have very little involvement in the rink other than pick up and drop off my kid, however,  One of the early shift staff is extremely rude, impolite and abusive.  She creates conflict and so much drama!!  This place could do much better w/o her. I don't understand the urgency of having this negative staff who has tons of personal issues and she tend to bring her problems into the Ice rink,  and then affect the children and ultimately if kids are harassed so are the parents.  It's not the end of the world to retrain and get new staff on board who could be pleasant, courteous and positive and willing to work with and no personal dram brought into the rink.

Not a bad place to ice skate. The public session ice may not be so great, however it's really fun if you've never skated before. You can also take skating lessons from various private coaches or even take skating classes.

I have met many Lakers and Kings players who have given me things to remember them by and the environment of the people nothing but real love and a very competitive group of people
