Javier was great and very accommodating.  He answered all the questions we had for the purchase of a couple new bikes for our kids. Everyone else seemed very confused for the most part.

Been there 3 times and all were bad experinces, they don't honor the offers!! Offers are misleading!!! So many offer exclussions that at the end I left with nothing!!! So annoyed, bad costumer service (manager was the worst) I would give this store a -5 of I could!!
