I think more effort should go into making the store clean, and producing innovative retail displays. The prices are twice what you'd pay on Amazon. So if you want me to come back and pay way too much, at least make it clean, interesting and fun.

Heaven for children! Great selection and options on a lot of things that you wouldn't get anywhere else. Prices are okay but nothing special. The store was a little bit chaotic and disorganized... Probably to be expected where lots of kids are playing with everything. My four year old searched for his perfect gift and had fun while looking for it!

  Many children never get a chance to step inside a Toys R Us but once in their lifetime if blessed with the experience.  I don't believe the staff understands this.

  On top of that the staff  messed up my order.   

  @ Toys R Us. You really need to pay your staff more. I'm sure you can afford it. It will be better for everyone.
 
  Talked to Debbie (management) she will return to me the money owed from the error.
 She seemed inpatient and not in the mood to speak with me.
 
 Got me jumping through hoops, not the best customer experience.

 Has Toys R Us always been like this or am I just now noticing?

I love shopping here I mean what’s not to love it’s a toy store for all ages also they have layaway

Convenient location that has everything parents need in one place, lines can take a while though
