I placed an order online and will never do it again!!! They not only take the money out of your account for your purchase but they also put a large hold on your account until they decide to ship the stuff!!!!! That is just ridiculous!

Customer service is non existent. I stopped in here two different times today, trying to look at a few pocket knives in the display case at the customer service desk.  In both instances, I stood at the customer service desk for 10 minutes. In those 10 minutes, I never once saw an employee. I walked through the store looking for someone to help me, but the only two employees I could find were running the registers at the front of the store, each with multiple people in line.  I tried around 3:30pm and again around 6pm.   Service is a joke in this store.
