I love going to the Tractor Supply Co. For all my pet needs. They carry a lot more, but the staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about what products they have on hand.

Dear management, check your employees schedule for today's date (6/10/17) around 6:30 pm. Came in solely for a propane refill. Stood in line for 10 minutes before 2 clerks joined the first who has been alone. Took my place in line at the newly opened register. The third clerk (30-something with "trying too hard" tattoos) started chatting with the customer as she was being rung up, distracting clerk #2. Took 10 minutes to ring out 5 items, then #3 followed customer to parking lot to continue conversation. As a business owner, I've hired and fired many people. If she were my employee, I would have fired her on the spot for chatting, not working! Never again will I come into your store if you have employees that would rather chit-chat than help the customers who are essentially paying their wages. No one should leave a store angry and pissed-off because it took 30 minutes to get a simple item/service. I'm hoping the others that were held up in line because of her also complain.

Everything is great until you get in line to pay.  As bad as Wal-Mart for checkout speed. Very polite staff.
