Great place to spend extra time going down the aisles and browsing the merchandise. Cool place-- different from other Hardware stores.

Poorly managed.  Always have to wait in line for 20 minutes or more.   Staff seems oblivious to customers waiting in line 5-10 deep and take forever to open up a second lane.  Prices are high.
