Prices are good, especially with the price match program. However, I have taken my business other places based on the service. Ordered product, didn't come in...no call, no explanation. Re-ordered only to have the same thing happen all over again. I don't have the time, nor do my hungry animals, to figure out how many times a person must order something before it actually comes in. FWIW, TSC online team is equally incapable of providing standard level customer service after hoping to instead place my orders with them. That was my sign to find a new feed store...regardless of the higher prices.

They have a pretty good selection of products to choose from, the management could use a few lessons in how to be  professional other than that I do enjoy this place
