I love this store!! It's like a treasure hunt every time I walk in. You can find just about anything in here. I'm a mechanic and if I need a tool this is the first place I come to search. If you really want customer service that's great and very hard to find nowadays just ask for Ebony! Ebony is one of a kind when it comes to helping a customer and she takes her job serious as she should! Every time I've ever dealt with this dazzling young lady, she's always got a smile on her face and is ready to help! There are so many people that could learn from this young lady. If your hands are full she's the one who notices it, comes and takes it for you and puts it behind the counter. Ebony you rock and keep up the great work! I look forward to seeing you and the rest of the crew in the future as we conduct business. Thanks for being who you are and keeping trade it on all four legs because with out you it would be a little wobbly! 🤔🤔

I had a great experience with trade it today. I went In to get tablets for my kids for Easter but they didn’t have a variety so decided to get two phones instead. Ebony was nice enough to help us and had extreme patience and took her time with all the questions I had regarding the phones. I was very pleased and can’t wait for my next visit. I will be sure to get her help the next time.

Ebony was awesome in all the help she provided during my visit.   She was very  knowledgeable about what i was looking for when I called the local store in Rocky Mount.  And was even more helpful at the store.  I ended up not only getting the console I needed but also got the game and headset will. Ask for her anytime I have a need for something.  She also gave a lot of information  as far as answering all our questions.  Go Ebony  you are an asset to this company .  Robbie and Donna Williams

Love this store. Ebony is AWESOME she is very helpful and friendly.  Can always find something we need at a good price. By far the best Trade it.

I go in here a lot. Every time I go in someone always greets me and they always make sure I know about the deals they have on whatever I happen to be looking at (usually DVDS). Ebony is always very cheerful and personable when I see her, today was no exception. It is always a pleasant experience.
