Amazing! The customer service I received from Tradehome shoes was the best I have ever had while in a shoe/any store. The associate helped me pick out the best pair of running shoes I have ever owned and recognized the high arches in my feat and recommended some high arch memory foam pads to go with. He took care of my every need. I highly recommend Tradehome shoes to anyone that wants to be well taken care of! Thank you Cashier# 112118
The customer service at this store is outstanding!! The manager, Anthony, is very good at explaining the benefits of each shoe and is patient with questions. He truly cares about his customers’ comfort and satisfaction with their purchase. My husband and I love the shoe he recommended. The teamwork and cleanliness of the store also impressed me!
The gentleman who was working tonight went above and beyond to help me find the perfect shoes. He not only went into the stock room multiple times but also helped another lady find her shoes. Great service, professional and definitely goes out of his way! Will definitely be back.
These employees my first time in turned me into an avid lover of Hoka Shoes! I am so happy with these that I have been back to purchase additional shoes at their location in Broomfield. It is worth it to be a loyal customer!
Anthony gave our whole family excellent service! His knowledge of sneakers brands and each individual model is unbelievable. Super patient making sure we all got what we wanted/needed. Extremely easy to recommend.
Blown away by the excellent customer service!! I was taken care of when I found a pair of boots I wanted to try on. They brought them out very fast. I loved them!!! But, I was looking for a different color and I have a foot problem - I've discovered that with some shoes, my left foot will feel loose in the shoe and right foot will fit perfect. When this happens, I usually have to forget about the shoes and move on. The rep in the store came up with an immediate solution with a toe pad and the boots fit perfect! They were also leather, and I asked if there was a local boot fitter that could stretch the boot for me. The rep replied that he could easily do it in the store! Wow!! Then he said, "we can order the color you want and have them delivered to the store." He had me sold! I am still wow'd by my awesome experience.
Received a pair of Cole Haans and comforting soles for my feet. The man can’t remember his name also shined and cleaned my current shoes. Really great experience and will definitely come back!
Blake was so great. Best customer service at a shoe store I’ve ever had. He was genuine and took time to present a lot of options and price ranges. Will definitely shop here anytime I need shoes.
Donnelly my sales clerk was the best! Super knowledgeable. Thanks to him my foot pain is all but gone. Would highly recommend a visit to this store!
