I've been to quite a few Trader Joe's and have had no problems. This location, however, is lacking in friendliness and positivity. Several workers there have been downright rude to us. From throwing our items, putting wine bottles next to each other without a paper wine bag over at least one, to literally ignoring us while they rang us up. I drive further down the rode to the one in Downers Grove now...it's way worth the drive out there, so as not to be mistreated while giving them my business.

The real manager reached out to me and offered a sincere apology. He informed me that if I returned, I wouldn't have that problem again. Some staff members continue to be aloof to us... but otherwise it's not as bad add before.

I've been coming here every now and then for about 7 years. I've always found their staff to be nice and helpful. Love their little flower selection at the entrance. So many great food choices. If I lived a little bit closer I'd probably come here more often.

Nice variety & reasonable prices.  Staff is always helpful, professional, & attentive to the needs of customers. Always a pleasure shopping here.

Great healthy choices at great prices, there is always an employee around asking if you need help, and you never have to wait in line!

Went on for since Valencia peanuts which I really like. Found at this store in the section where you check out. It was busy at the checkout with many cashiers and after only a short wait this guy relieves me off my basket and days hell check me out at a vacant register. That was right on time!!👍👍
