They were very rude...Rodney is on vacation and the guy running the place is rude.  Hope Rodney is coming back.  That guy will ruin the pawn shop...they do not work with u at all.  Buddy went to buy diamond ear rings for me at Christmas time and they would not work with him at all.  So he went on line and bought a bigger pair for much less.  I'm glad he did.  Rodney needs to get back.

Bought a necklace for my husband that ended up being a little short for him so I went back to see if they would trade for something larger. They were happy to help and gave me a great deal on new necklace. Great service Joe!

I went in today knowing what I was looking for and with the help of Joe (Madden) I left more than happy! They worked with my price range and the store is very organized! It's a huge plus that they are all funny and outgoing! Thanks again guys!

Love this place always friendly and willing to work with you. Rodney is the best. Great selection prices are moderate also has good sales esp at Christmas time.
