Customer service is really lacking. Service it self is good, bit pricey and don't be in a hurry. I bought my unit here and been happy.

This is the best saw & mower shop in central Florida.  Clean, professional and well staffed.  

Each time I visit they have what's needed to repair or rehab my gear often making quick repairs on the spot.  The staff is knowledgeable & courteous and work with customers without being the least bit condescending.

This ship is a gem.

Every single time I have taken a piece of equipment there to be serviced I have requested all bad parts to be returned to me. Three times they have tried to tell me that the parts were just gone and could not provide them to me. Customer service at Trail saw is the worst in Orlando! Do not throw your money away at Trail Saw & Mower!

Freindly knowledgeable staff top of the line equipment both residential and commercial great inventory and a professional service dept.which will only do things 
One way.....the right way .....period.
