Stayed in the Cottage by the Cave for 2 nights on our honeymoon! Really loved the place!! It was so beautiful and peaceful and the cabin had all the comforts of home. What's better then being in your own private hot tub staring at a cave?? My one complaint is the towels were obviously not washed. Luckily we had brought our own with us. I would also recommend bringing your own sheets, blankets and pillows. Other than that, you can't beat the price for such a beautiful location, less than a mile from the gorgeous Ash Cave! Thank you Tranquil Retreat Cabins! We will be back and recommend you to all our friends! 😙

It was okay. Needs alot of updates. Broken floor. Broken swing. Jets didn't work on hot tub.

Not at all what we expected. Air unit didn't work. Tub didn't drain. Shower head sprayed everywhere. I fell when I got there the deck was so dirty. Ceiling fan didn't work. No batteries for remotes. And best of all, when I returned home, they accused me of breaking their futon that already didn't work! My children developed a disgusting rash, I'm assuming from the bedding.. probably wasn't washed. As I discovered one blanket in the closet covered in "something". I received a bill for one amount and over 100 dollars more was pulled out of my account, PLUS I was charged for an extra guest who didn't attend.. ANOTHER 80 dollars!!! So of course when this was brought to their attention they tried to blame me for breaking something that already didn't work! 
Spent the whole time trying to make everyone comfortable, couldn't enjoy what was around me! Would never go back!!! They are TERRIBLE PEOPLE TO RENT CABINS FROM!

We stayed in the A frame cabin, had 3 couples. It was absolutely amazing. The cabin was clean and we slept comfortably! As soon as we pulled up we could hear water trickling from the rock formation out back, and from the little creek in the front. The loft was a crowd favorite! At night we heard owls in the trees and the stars were beautiful! The hot tub was very inviting after a hike and the scenery around was beautiful, peaceful and private! We loved that that the cabin was so close to attractions like Ash cave. It was in walking distance! We will definately be returning to Tranquil Retreats. Thank you for sharing your little peice of heaven with us!

We enjoyed our stay. The lower level is at least 20° cooler than the upper one. Views are awesome. Would stay again.
