A great improvement to what we had at the Liberty Pole. Commuters have a shelter while waiting for the bus. I wish they could find a dock in the center to replace the Mortimer Street terminal.

I'm disabled & have had a couple drivers throwing people around on the bus.. My back hurt for a week. I couldn't walk. I can't even get past that to give mg overall opinion.

Positives:
- Convenient location downtown 
- Clear, concise departure boards
- Onsite security 
- Best of all, it's WARM and covered

Negatives / Suggestions:
- While it doesn't feel unsafe, it's not the most comfortable of environments, despite the extra security.  This is also true of the surrounding area.
- It would be great if Greyhound / Megabus operated from here, along with having a designated waiting room for long distance travelers.
- Some sort of "shuttle" service to the Amtrak station in line with train arrivals would be great, as part of an integrated public transportation policy

Bus driver drove right past me as I'm walking literally 2 steps away the bus stop with my bus pass in had. Called to let someone know, got hung up on. Boycott rts, we pay money for them to drive past us? Rts 0/10 rating.

It's a clean warm place to wait for the buses. Spent many times waiting for the buses in the cold and dark at different street locations.

Christopher, I'm sorry you had that experience. Yes RTS should have a cashier's station to sell tickets in person for those who do not have exact change etc. Yes there might be security issues, but those could be addressed, i.e., guards, glass window etc.
