I am posting this under my daughters account. My son was stranded outside of San Diego. A series of unfortunate events left him with no phone or money. He managed to find help at the local Bank of America where they allowed him to use their phone to call home. I contacted Transit Van Shuttle to see if they would be able to help get my son to the airport ASAP. Ken answered the phone and initially told me they wouldn't be able to get a driver to him for several hours. I explained that I was across the country in New York and desperate to get my son home. He had no where to go and I felt getting him to the airport was the only way I could guarantee his safety. Ken put me on hold and managed to find a driver, Mark, that was about an hour away. Ken assured me Mark would get there ASAP. Mark contacted me by phone when he near the pickup address. He asked for a description and had me wait on the phone until my son was safely in the van. I could have been charged an extra fee for the last minute pickup or because Transit Van knew I was desperate but they didn't. Their assistance made a traumatic situation bearable. I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing shuttle service to the airport.Thank you Ken and Mark for going above and beyond and helping a stranger across the country.

Outstanding service DAN my driver is the best!!!
On March wed 13th I had a schedule flight from BOSTON to SAN DIEGO
unfortunately as I was about to land they diverted my flight to LAX due to fog. My driver instead of leaving he stayed there and waited for me for about 4 hrs later than my flight was supposed to arrived. He greeted me with a wonderful smile and a good humor. I was blessed with this driver bc in reality if he would have left which was what he was suppose to do I would have been a a terrible mess because paying and finding a cab at 330am from SAN DIEGO to TEMECULA it would have not been fun!
Since then I have used transit van several times and always outstanding but DAN is still my best driver!!!

Transit Van Shuttle did not honor their written quote and left me in the lurch.  If I were you I would not consider using them, they are not to be trusted.  Very rude service when shutting me down as well.

I recently used Transit Van to pick me up at the San Diego airport. The whole process was really great- from making the reservation to the actual trip. They were on time to pick me up, and the people I dealt with were really helpful. I would definitely use them again when in the area.

Transit Van is a very consistant and dependable service. I've used them 8 times in the last two months to get back and forth between the airport and my home residence. Each and every pick-up has been on-time. Drivers have been courteous and careful. Vechiles are comfortable and clean. And, I love the confirmation call right before they pick you up. I plan on using them exclusively in the future and highly recommend them.
