Convenient location off I-10. Very busy, take care of business and hit the road again. Fountain drinks and coffee area could use better upkeep. Things get sticky and a smell develops. Bathrooms are spacious and clean.

One of the worst TA I've been to! Stopped by this evening and the women's restroom was extremely dirty and stinky.

My family and I decided to visit this gas station on our drive to LA today. We used their 13th gas machine, but the clerk listed us as having used #5 and forced a lot of unnecessary trouble on my family. We explained to them that sombody already took $13.00 of the gas, leaving us only with $27.00 worth. However upon hearing this, the staff offered no apology but instead proceeded to argue with me instead, wasting both our time. I decided to take a picture of the incident and they posed and laughed in the pictures instead. This was the worst customer service I have received in a while, and strongly advise others to never enter this gas station again. It is clear their staff does not care for their customers.

The travel centers of America in Indio California is the perfect example of hard workers, just trying to make their lives complete. It's hard dealing with rude customers, so next time you visit this place know that they are still human and try their hardest!

The location of this place is perfect. Right at the bottom of the hill, I always stop here to avoid stopping in Palm Springs or before headed into the open desert.
