Traveled with travel agent Charlotte Hoek on a Mediterranean cruise.  This woman provides poor customer service.  She cannot give you a straight answer to a question.  She purposely enters your data into her system incorrectly so you can't access your account. She doesn't give you a receipt for what you paid for.  She lies to you then tries to act like she gave you information. This is not an ethical travel agent.

We have been traveling with Travel Destinations for over 30 years and their exceptionally friendly and personal customer service make traveling so easy. Their Elite Ensemble Status allows them a vast selection of opportunities to find the perfect trip designed exclusively for any interests. A giant THANK YOU goes to Haleh for her hard work in planning our incredible Hawaii trip, putting up with our many calls and questions, and providing us with a complimentary daily full breakfast buffet. Great Job!!.  You really bailed us out of a big problem with our connection in Newark on our trip to Europe.  Because of weather delays in Newark, US Air was held in Phoenix such that we couldn't make our connections.   You were able to get us switched to a Lufthansa flight that everyone else said couldn't be done with actually better seats while we were enroute.  Thank you Travel Destination!
