I have used TDS 3 times - once for an expedited passport renewal and  another for an extremely expedited visa. Every time I have received my passport on time or ahead of schedule. I will continue to use their services in the future.

I ordered a replacement Passport. Tds didn't inform me that none of my visas would be transferred or that I should reapply for them. The OWNER told me that is was common knowledge and acted like I should have know the process. $1200 flight and missed business trip due to incompetence followed up by very poor customer service BY THE OWNER.
