Mike and the team at Travel Haus have been great to work with from beginning to end. From searching for different resorts, listening to our interests in what we were looking for in our vacation, booking our trip, and advising us of travel tips the whole experience was great. We actually had to cancel our original trip the night before we were supposed to leave and Mike went above and beyond to call me back after hours and make sure we got everything taken care of. Then a few days later he was able to find an alternate flight so that we could still leave for our vacation. I would highly recommend partnering with Travel Haus for your travel needs!

Excellent once again!  Never any issues, always top notch service and never any surprises.  Every time I book a trip, I trust Mike and his team to ultimately make the final decision as to where we are staying and never have we been disappointed. Always priced better than I can find online and never the worry of hidden fees or wondering "what did I miss/forget?
They make the entire process hassle and worry free. Never disappointing! I highly recommend Travel Haus. Great people, great company!

Just before booking flights for my honeymoon I was contacted by Travel Haus. I decided to give them a shot and see what they could do for us. Our first meeting with them was cancelled last minute due to personal reasons by travel agent. No complaints there, stuff happens. My complaint comes two weeks later when I was not contacted to reschedule, as promised. So, I called Travel Haus and set up a new appointment. When I arrived I was told that the agent no longer works there, and it was a blessing in disguise because they were not very experienced (why did they work there in the first place and why did you not get in touch with their clients who were left out to dry, to ensure their needs were met?). We continued meeting for about an hour and laid out our ideas with the agent. We were told that they would send us a rough itinerary either that afternoon or the next business day, and we would meet again the next week to get everything booked. That was a month ago. Still waiting on that itinerary. Good thing I gave up on Travel Haus a few days after the meeting and booked my trip on my own.

The service at travel Haus was exceptional. We had Rachel as our agent and were very satisfied and impressed. While she was not 100% knowledgeable about the tour we took (I.e. she stated we were staying in a castle but it was just on the grounds adjacent, transport to airport was not complimentary with our arrangements but she thought they were) Rachel showed supreme customer service and dedication by giving us a personal ride to and from the airport which more than made up for any confusion. Anyone who reads this please note we were beyond satisfied with our service but just wanted to provide constructive feedback to continue to grow and improve :)

I used Travel Haus of St. Louis to plan and book our Wedding (16 guests) and Honeymoon in Mexico. Travel Agent Rachel was great to work with and set us up with a fantastic trip! We could not be happier with their services and will definitely be using them for our future travels.
