Very nice and lots of shady spots. Pulling in was tight but once you are in they were very spacious. They keep the place really clean but the hookups need some updating. Wifi was very slow.

Nice ladies when we arrived. Clean, great shade, comfortable.  Dog got a treat.   Very happy.  Laundry and clean bathrooms.   Yay.  Great prices.  I downgraded this review as the maintenance guy is outside blowing leaves and dirt everywhere.  OMG!  So freaking rude.   I told him to stop and he ran to the office and the manager came over and chewed me out??  Me????, I'm a paying customer and it's a Friday. Do it on a Monday when  people leave.   We were sitting outside enjoying the day as we are here for a funeral and it's been rough.    She asked me what do I want him to do?,  ugh , how about rake them and sweep them???????  She's like, how would you like to do it?, I'm like, it's not my job to do it for him??????   Where is he blowing it to??????  In the empty lot next door where she says they don't give a crap and tractor there all the time, well, cuz you blow leaves next door to his lot.     And I have a picture of it. I was surprised at how she chewed us out ??????? Wow oh wow!!!      I said, he's blowing it in the cars across the road, she said, oh they live here, no big deal.   Sheesh.  Unreal to me.   We had to go inside as we cannot breathe. I'm just really still shocked at her response.   She could have handled it nicer????  I guess they are not too concerned about keeping customers.  Of course I love a clean park and I appreciate it very much.  But to do this on a Friday and while people are sitting outside, just slays me.  It really does.  I had just wiped down my RV too. Now it's covered in dirt.  She says the owners would be pissed if he didn't clean.  Well, when you blow into the flower beds, ya know how much dirt flies??? Geez.   Whatever.  You were nice at first.   Clean the park at the beginning of the week ok????  First I thought Joe Schmoe below was full of himself.  Uhh, not!!!  He was right.

FIRST THING FIRST, WE FOUND THIS PARK THrOUGH GOOD SAM CLUB, I HAVE NO IDEA HOW GOOD SAM CAN CALL THIS PLACE ONE OF THEIRS. THE PARK IS NOT AS ADVERTISED, FROM THE MAIN STREET IT IS KEPT UP NICELY, THE PROBLEM IS AT THE FRONT DESK WITH THE TWO BULL DYKES THAT RUN THE PLACE. THE OWNER HIDES IN A MOBILE HOME IN THE CORNER OF THE PARK DOING NOTHING. THE TWO THAT RUN THE PARK HAVE THE WORST PERSONALITIES OF ANYONE I HAVE MET IN CALIFORNIA, I AM FROM NEVADA BUT RAISED IN YUBA CITY AND WAS THERE TO VISIT MY FAMILY WITH MY HUSBAND, THE TWO "WOMEN" ARE TERRIBLE TO BEGIN WITH. THE PARK SMELLS LIKE SEWER OR MARIJUANA CONSTANTLY. THE PARK IS ILL FIT WITH VERY NARROW PADS THAT ARE VERY DATED, CRACKED, AND TILTED FROM THE TREE ROOTS. THE SO CALLED WI-FI HAS LITTLE SIGNAL AND IS USELESS. THE PARK IS FULL OF LONG TERM GUESTS THAT SEEM TO GOSSIP AND STAY IN YOUR BUSINESS CONSTANTLY. IF YOU LIKE ILLICIT DRUGS, GOSSIP, INTERFERANCE FROM THE SO CALLED OFFICE STAFF, THIS IS DEFINATELY THE PLACE FOR YOU. FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO ENJOY YOUR TRIP, THIS IS NOT A GOOD PLACE IF YOU ARE GOOD PEOPLE, STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
