Paranoia runs rampant at this travel agency. I would steer clear unless you intend to have the owner yelling at you about nonsense and breaking firecode by locking the main entrance during business hours after presenting a recently updated license. This place is trash.

Booked a Disney trip through this  agency and I will never do so again! Took numerous emails just to get it booked! Didn't save any money or was given option of any perks. Took days to process my credit card, was told it was a "system problem" however my credit card company said they kept entering the CVS number wrong (up to 20 times) causing a block on our card. Was told Magic Express vouchers and Magic bands would be shipped to directly to them and they would call when arrived. Here I am, two days to our trip, no calls or emails returned, no magic bands, and we will not have have Magic Express service because Disney shipped (Dec. 18th) the luggage tags directly to them. Save yourself the trouble, book direct through Disney, it was the same price and we did not receive, or were offered, any additional perks going through this agency.  We just lost at least two hours of our trip because we now have to wait for our luggage, get it to Magic Express to have them tag it to get to our hotel, or wait until our hotel room is ready and get our luggage in, rather than going straight to the park and enjoy our vacation, and we have to get magic bands at front desk and have them linked etc. After talking to Disney, I was encouraged to write this post, they told me it should be seamless and streamlined no matter how I book. Thankfully Disney walked me through all the additional steps we will now have to go through because we did not receive our bands or magical Express tags.

My mom and I have been using this agency for over 20 years. The past 5 years Heather has booked our vacations to Cozumel. After suggesting we try The Palace in Cozumel we were hooked. I booked a trip to Cozumel again for June 2017 but was on a cheaper budget. Heather helped me book my hotel for Cozumel that better suited my  needs and once again left me feeling excited  about my trip booked with the agency. I highly recommend this agency.

This travel agency has been around for a long time and has the best agents. The helped me and my family on everything from Europe to Disney cruises. Highly recommended

Heather was awesome!  She was always prompt in responding to me on planning my trip to London and Paris!  I took my grandson for his graduation trip!  Everything was wonderful! My grandson had an awesome time!  We couldn't have asked for a better trip!  The hotel's were top notch!  Heather did an excellent job of making this trip very special!  I will recommend her to all my family and friends!
