Daniella Stich was great.  She took care of us and, she got our suite upgraded to a premium suite for free. She accurately explained everything in great details. Therefore, we knew what to expect and, there were no surprises.

Was going to Mexico with a large group over 30. Response time was very sporadic at best with the agency. Multiple couples/groups with the wedding party ended up going with another agency or just booking the trip themselves mainly due to pricing and bad communication from Travel Partners. Had multiple complaints from some of our guests mainly due to the communication and pricing. As far as I know the ones that did end up booking themselves saved a very significant amount of money. Even the staff at the resort would state this about travel agencies.  

I do believe that planning a trip with over 30 people is not easy but I think simple communication through mass emails or individually for that matter is simple and should be considered part of the job. We needed to add one other person on randomly and ended up calling the hotel ourselves in order to line it up. 

I work in a position where communication is key. It is not the easiest or the most fun part of the job but it needs to be done. It is unfortunate but I believe this could have been done easier through another agency or just simply booking it myself.

Travel Partners is a highly professional travel agency that works hard to give their customers the best, customized vacation experience possible. We have worked with Stacey on our vacation to Cancun and she has been wonderful. She does everything she can to give customers the best prices and she is very friendly. I highly recomend booking your next vacation through Travel Partners.

I was excited to use them, but couldn't be more disappointed. I was trying to find the best deal possible for my flights, and I think this was annoying to them. The woman wouldn't call me back for days, and that ended up racking the price up even more. Every time I asked her to look up different dates to check prices, she kept saying I needed to make up my mind. My dates were flexible, but my pocketbook wasn't. :( 
Finally, I ended up looking up flights myself for hours and found the best deal that was 800$ less than what she quoted me for. I sent her the link to it, and booked it. Finally. 
I didn't appreciate having to do her job, AND having better customer service than her. Next time I will find someone else who wants to help me, or... maybe I will just do it myself.
