Cheryl has been our travel agent for several years now, and I refuse to book a trip without her. She is always prompt at responding to emails, incredibly kind, and always makes sure we get exactly what we want for our trips. This trip that I'm leaving for tomorrow with my husband had a last minute hiccup. We were on two separate flights leaving at different times! I called Cheryl right away, and she was able to fix it for us immediately! She has never been anything short of amazing. I cannot being to explain how grateful I am for her, and how much she put me at ease after fixing MY mistake. I was in full-blown panic mode and she was able to calm me instantly with arranging everything - she even made sure my husband got the window seat he says he needs to travel. THANK YOU CHERYL, YOU'RE AMAZING!

Cheryl is FANTASTIC!  Have been working with Cheryl for years.  I moved away many years ago about 1700 miles and I still book every trip I take with Cheryl.  Could not be happier.

So very unhappy with them .She booked our trip made her commission and that is all she did didn't look for discounts or specials! We requested buttom floor room because of stairs & she did nothing! Had to change rooms after one night!!Very very disappointing, will never ever use them again!!
